What are credits?

Credits are the flexible currency used across every AI tool. The number required depends on the tool and settings you choose.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased Top-Up credits do not expire.

How long does generation take?

Many image requests finish quickly. Video, avatar and higher-resolution workflows take longer; the Studio updates the private chat as a result is ready.

Can I use generated images commercially?

Commercial usage is available with eligible credit packs. Review the current terms before publishing client or paid work.

Are my prompts and creations public?

No. VivaCreo does not provide public profiles, public galleries or public share links for creations. You decide whether to publish a result outside your private workspace.

Can I delete source files and generated results?

Yes. Account settings include controls for source uploads, generated outputs and saved creation history. Deletion is handled according to the retention and legal information in the Privacy Policy.

What files can I use?

Supported workflows accept common image, video or audio files. The exact accepted file type is shown next to each upload field in Studio.

What happens if a generation fails?

A failed request is clearly marked and can be retried without losing your work.

Can I get a refund for failed generations?

Credits are reserved before generation and released back to your balance after a confirmed technical failure before delivery.

Is there a mobile app?

The web studio is responsive and works on mobile. A dedicated mobile app is not required.
