Referral Program Terms

How rewards work

When someone creates an account through your referral link and later completes a paid subscription or Top-Up purchase, VivaCreo may issue you a credit reward equal to 10% of the paid credits. Rewards are VivaCreo usage credits only; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not paid out.

Pending period and reversals

A reward remains pending for 14 days after the confirmed payment. Refunds, disputes, fraud indicators or billing corrections can cancel a pending reward or revoke an already granted reward. Unused revoked credits are removed from the referral credit grant. If a reward was already spent, the resulting recovery amount may reduce future referral rewards.

Fair use

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated registrations, misleading advertising and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. VivaCreo may block a referral relationship or disable the program for an account when abuse is suspected.

Other terms

Paid credits belonging to the referred customer are not delayed or reduced by this program. These terms supplement the Terms of Service and Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
