Content Rules and Responsible AI Use

1. Private creative workspace

VivaCreo provides a private workspace for creating, editing and downloading AI-assisted images, video and audio. VivaCreo does not provide public profiles, a public gallery or public share links for creations. You decide whether and where to publish a result outside VivaCreo and are responsible for that publication and distribution.

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to results generated for others. Review every result before using, relying on, publishing or distributing it.

2. Your inputs, rights and consent

You must have all rights, permissions and other lawful grounds needed for every prompt, image, video, audio file, trade mark, voice, likeness and other material you submit. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive or special-category personal data unless you have a lawful and necessary reason to do so.

For material depicting or imitating another person, including a face or voice, you must have that person’s valid permission. You must never use a person’s likeness or voice to deceive, harass, defraud or create non-consensual intimate material.

3. Prohibited content and use

You may not use VivaCreo to create, request, upload, publish or distribute illegal content or content that infringes rights of others. This includes child sexual abuse material; sexualised content involving a minor; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud, scams and impersonation; unlawful threats, hate or terrorist content; malware; privacy, copyright or trade mark infringement; and attempts to evade safety, access, rate or billing controls.

You may not use VivaCreo to create deceptive realistic material about a real person, organisation, place or event, including misleading political or public-interest content. Do not use results for automated high-impact decisions about people without lawful safeguards and meaningful human review.

4. AI disclosure outside VivaCreo

If you publish or distribute AI-generated or AI-manipulated content outside VivaCreo, you are responsible for making any disclosure, label or other transparency notice required by applicable law or the destination service. In particular, realistic synthetic or manipulated image, audio or video that could appear authentic should be clearly identified as AI-generated or AI-manipulated where required.

VivaCreo may display an AI-origin notice and may preserve available technical provenance information, but you must not rely on this as a substitute for your own legal assessment before external publication.

5. Safety measures and reports

VivaCreo and its AI providers may refuse a request, restrict access, remove files from the workspace, preserve evidence where legally required, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, law, security or enforcement of these rules. Automated safety systems can make mistakes; you may contact support to report suspected illegal content or to contest a moderation decision.

These rules do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. They supplement the Terms of Service, which remain in force.
