Do I need to pay to join?
No. Creating an account and sharing VivaCreo does not require an upfront payment. Any rewards you earn are added as VivaCreo credits.
What does the 10% apply to?
It applies to paid credits from eligible subscriptions and credit Top-Ups made by friends attributed to your referral account. Welcome credits are not included. Rewards unlock after 14 days and may be adjusted for refunds or disputes.
Will a promo code replace someone else’s referral?
No. An existing referral relationship is never overwritten. A partner code can attribute an eligible customer only when they do not already have a referral and meet the program rules.
How do I request codes for my audience?
